Refund Policy

Once paid, any registration and/or processing fees, for events are non-refundable unless there are dire circumstances, in which case, refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstance when there are less than 30 days before the event start date. Tickets may not be transferred from peer to peer, without direct consent from a Digstock staff member.

Refunds granted 31 days or more prior to the event will be charged a $25 processing fee. There will NO refunds or ticket transfers 30 days or less from the start of the event. We do make some exceptions for certain cases, and if that be the case and you are granted a refund there will be a 25% fee for refunds in this time period.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event. All efforts will be made to reschedule the cancelled or postponed event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed event shall be applicable to the rescheduled event on a dollar-for-dollar basis only. In the event Digstock Events elects not to reschedule the cancelled event, the registrant will be offered a refund minus any processing fees charged by our payment processor. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fee(s) already paid.

Digstock Events is not responsible for airline tickets, hotel costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. We offered the opportunity to roll over tickets to another event in 2020/2021 due to COVID, however, it appears that COVID is now a part of our lives for the foreseeable future, and we will no longer offer that option going forward. Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
